As a training partner of The Fresh Connection you will obtain a license for offering The Fresh Connection learning program to corporate customers.
Train the Trainer
We have set up a Train the Trainer workshop for our training partners. This workshop is mandatory and leads to certification. This way our partners will really get to know and become experienced in facilitating participatants in playing The Fresh Connection. It will also enable them to coach participants and to steepen their learning curve. A rough outline of a typical Train the Trainer workshop is:
- Playing a number of rounds of The Fresh Connection
- Feedback and activities between the rounds with regards to important supply chain topics
- Team reporting (graphically as well), focused on results, their differences and the whys and hows of those differences
- Going in-depth “under the hood” of the game, focused on functionalities, decision dependencies, role decisions and their (anticipated) outcomes and KPI development
